The AFRRCS transition process is a significant undertaking. A migration project typically takes 4-6 months to complete.  We employ industry standard project management practises to guide your team step-by-step through the migration process, ensuring critical decisions are made on time, stakeholders are engaged, and required processes and documents are completed.  Throughout the migration project we offer education session to the migration team to ensure they are well informed on the technology, options, features, and risks of the AFRRCS system.  As Technical Administrators in the AFRRCS system we will build your fleet-map, and set up all your devices within AFRRCS as the migration approaches.  As Cryptography officers in the AFRRCS system we can set up and support your encryption system should you choose that feature with your new radios.  And once you’re live on the AFRRCS network.
